3 am again. Why did I ever think this was a good idea? Welcome to the Rise and Run podcast. Join our group of Run Disney friends. As we talk about running at Walt Disney World and beyond. We'll discuss recent runs, training, upcoming races and surprise topics suggested by you, our listeners. Well, the alarm's gone off, so let's go.
Speaker 1:Hello my friends, and welcome to another episode of the Rise and Run podcast, episode number 173. A very special episode this week. We're real excited to hear how this one comes out Because we are at the inaugural Run Fit Fab pop-up meeting at the Dolphin Hotel at Walt Disney World Recording live. I'm Bob, I'm here with John. Hey, how you doing With Lexi? Hello With Alicia.
Speaker 5:Hello.
Speaker 1:With Jack, hiya, with Devin and Kristen.
Speaker 1:Hi Hi, and with several hundred special guests, I love it. Thank you, hey. Anybody here from out of town who brought this cold weather with them? Dag nabbit, all right, you, you, you are out. It's been chilly but we're putting up. We'll talk a little bit more about this. Hey, keeping with our normal podcast stuff, I, if you enjoy the rise and run podcast, please share it with your friends. Introduce them to the rise and run family. We love sharing in their run disney journey. Anybody here new to this podcast haven't't heard it before? Well, good Welcome. We really are excited to have you here. That's wonderful. Hope you enjoy it. Once Jack gets done, throwing things around, that's the beauty of doing live. So, look, please check us out on Facebook Rise and Run Podcast, instagram Rise and Run Pod and we have a YouTube channel. Anything new, jack?
Speaker 5:Yeah, we were actually recording today's events so that, if they do again, a lot of other friends will get to know what it's like to be here as well, and we're so excited to share in this journey with them and it's an honor. We also do have another video coming out, if you know that, the Cruella to Dopey challenge that I myself has been creating myself. Thank, you.
Speaker 2:I saw that clap yay.
Speaker 5:That journey will also be put onto the YouTube channel and I'm gonna combine both races and it should be a journey and I can't wait to share it with you guys.
Speaker 1:That's great, exciting. So normally we open with a listener intro. They're pre-recorded. If you would like to give us one first of all, you can do one live here. You just need to find John after the podcast. It's fun, it's easy. All you got to do is Hi, I'm Bob, I'm from Florida and this is you know. That's all, that's all. But if you've heard it, you know we have friends doing that. The race report, which we typically have at the end. We won't have it this episode. We'll catch up on the races that we missed, but the reason I can't do a race report this week is because it's Friday and, except for our friends who are here with us, nobody else has done their races yet. So we'll have to catch up later on that, which we will. Regardless, you can call us. If you call 727-266-2344, what happens? It goes automatically to voicemail. You don't have to worry about somebody picking up the phone on you and getting all nervous and all that.
Speaker 1:So just leave us a recorded message. We'd like to do that. We'd like to thank our Patreons. Our Patreons support, help keep the Rise and Run podcast rising and running. If you're interested, check us out on patriotcom Rise and Run podcast. Rising and Running. If you're interested, check us out on patriotcom Rise and Run podcast. You may know we have a sponsor. Magic Bound Travel sponsors the Rise and Run podcast. They've been with us for over a year. We have exciting news. When I first started talking with Maggie and Brad about sponsoring the podcast, I said I would love to have a Rise and Run cruise and it's in the works. It is in the works. It is scheduled for the Monday following Springtime Surprise 2026. Not this one, but about 15 months out, but we'll have a link. John, do we have a link on our Facebook page yet? For that?
Speaker 2:We do have a we have the link for the initial request but once we get back, I'll put that up on our pages.
Speaker 1:Or hit up magicboundtravelcom. Check that out and I know they have a link for the cruise there. I'm Check that out and I know they have a link for the cruise there. I'm excited about it.
Speaker 6:And it's like officially official, you guys, yeah, it's happening.
Speaker 1:It's happening. Imagine if we got as many people on that cruise as we had, dressed as puppies yesterday.
Speaker 7:Yeah, that would be so cool.
Speaker 1:We'll talk more. Let's talk more about that in a minute. But yeah, magicboundtravelcom, check them out. We always talk training. I'm just going to go over it real fast. Disneyland Half Marathon, week 16. Disneyland Half Marathon is what? Three weeks away now? Yeah, let me look here, I've got it over here. Disneyland Half Gosh yeah, two and a half weeks away. Oh, three weeks away. Three weeks away. If you're training for that one, you've got oh, it's a big weekend. Five and 14. It's a double up. Princess. You know Princess is going to be upon us real quick. Princess is six weeks away. I know it's fun. We'll be right back. Well, maybe not here in the Dolphin, but we'll be right back here. Hopefully it'll be a little warmer. Princess weekend.
Speaker 5:Is there anybody here that will be here for Princess Yay?
Speaker 1:Wonderful.
Speaker 6:Can I just say it's so cool to watch reactions while we're speaking and guys this week's training for Disneyland is 5 and 14,.
Speaker 2:like Bob said, Don't stop at 5 and 14 miles in the half and the full. Guys keep going.
Speaker 6:You need to keep going to get your medal, okay.
Speaker 1:Yeah, one of the hard parts of finishing up this weekend, especially if you're doing the long races, is going home and going. I've got a training schedule to get back on on Tuesday. Do your best. Do your best If you take a couple days, especially if you've done the big one, the 48.6 miles. If you take a couple days, we won't tell anybody. We'll look the big one, the 48.6 miles. If you take a couple days, we won't tell anybody. We'll look the other way. Okay, but yeah, got to get back on it pretty quick. What else have we got in the training schedule? See, springtime surprise. We said Princess was six weeks away. Springtime surprise is 12 weeks away and I hate talking about springtime surprise this early because it's the end of the race season. But anyway, if you're doing that when you've got, ah, it's easy. You've only got three miles this week. So let's see, gang Dopey is halfway done. You buying that? No, bob, in terms of wake-ups, it's halfway done.
Speaker 4:That's true.
Speaker 1:Do you know where the halfway point in mileage for Dopey is? That Mile 2.1, I believe, of the marathon. So let's talk about this for a minute. Have we all done D dopey up here? Yeah, yeah, okay. I get to the who's doing their first dopey. Woo-hoo, yeah, congratulations. I think it was Alicia who said last week she envies. Weren't you saying that you envy the people who are doing their first dopey? Because you get that first dopey feeling.
Speaker 7:Yeah, absolutely. You only get to experience the first time once, and so really take that in and experience all the things, take the pictures, do all of the things and make sure to remember every moment of it.
Speaker 1:Those who have done dopey before your first one. You remember it. You remember it. How many said never again.
Speaker 5:Okay.
Speaker 1:How many said never again and stuck with it and still haven't done it? Not a single one it and still haven't done it. I don't see any hands up. It's that addictive. I will tell you candidly and honestly that I finished my first one back in 2019 and my wife was there and I greeted her and said that was awesome. I can't wait to do it again. And now I'm on number five and and I'm getting towards the end the training gets harder every year. We'll see.
Speaker 6:We'll see, yeah he's right, we'll see. They all say that, bob.
Speaker 1:We'll see. I wasn't supposed to do this one. I wasn't planning to do this one. How are we handling the wake-ups, Guys? How are we handling the wake-ups?
Speaker 4:Lots of Tylenol PM.
Speaker 5:And then I'm tired in the corral.
Speaker 1:Tired, yeah, lots of coffee. Yes that too, guys, how are we doing? Let's see, jack, you're doing dopey. How are you handling the wake-ups?
Speaker 5:Very hard. I felt like I was almost falling asleep in the corral today, and I think I fell asleep with my eyes open, but then fireworks started going off, so it was good.
Speaker 1:All right. Who wakes up about an hour before you need to and then you can't get back to sleep? Oh gosh, yeah, that's awful. I have another question.
Speaker 6:That's awful. Oh, I have another question. That's awful. Who wakes up wide awake at midnight, thinking that it's 2.30 in the morning? Like oh my gosh, I missed the bus Because.
Speaker 1:I definitely did that this morning. A lot of reaction to that.
Speaker 2:Who's not doing doping and woke up at 3 o'clock this morning.
Speaker 1:Yeah, but you get to go back to sleep.
Speaker 2:I by 3 o'clock this morning, yeah, but you get to go back to sleep. I was thinking about going out.
Speaker 1:I saw the weatherman say it's like 30-something.
Speaker 2:I said yeah, I know you better.
Speaker 1:John. 39 degrees. Well, of course that's warm coming from New York or New Jersey, new Jersey, jersey. Come on Jersey. I'm sorry I do that to John all the time.
Speaker 6:This is when we would edit it out, so that no one knows.
Speaker 1:Oh, it's okay, it's okay. But look, it's been fun. 5k's done, 10k's done. They were cold, but it's been fun. What are some highlights? Let's start. What are some highlights? It wasn't that tough. We're looking for highlights of the 5K and 10K so far.
Speaker 4:Oh, the weather was frightful.
Speaker 1:That's a notable highlight.
Speaker 4:It was fun though. It went really fast, right, guys? I felt obviously 5Ks go faster than the others, but still it was a good time Good characters, good crowd, good vibes. I would do it again. 10 out of 10.
Speaker 1:It seemed to me the crowd for the 5K was huge.
Speaker 4:Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1:I know I got to the corrals about the same time this morning and it was like where is everybody?
Speaker 4:Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1:Do we know?
Speaker 4:how many runners are doing this? I?
Speaker 1:haven't seen any numbers yet. We'll get them, but I haven't seen them yet. How about going down this way? Highlights so far.
Speaker 2:Had to be the 5K for me. That's all I did so far was the 5K Going up to the DJ, say can you please take a picture of our group photo? And then he saw like 200 puppies walking toward him and it was in major shock.
Speaker 1:How many puppies out here, oh yeah.
Speaker 4:Yay for the puppies. Good job guys. Woof, woof.
Speaker 1:That was awesome. We're trying to find a place for a photo and we go to the stage area, which is big, and I look around and I go.
Speaker 2:we're not all going to fit.
Speaker 1:That was amazing. Let's see, Lexi, you did the 10K this morning.
Speaker 6:Yes, I am only in for the 10K this weekend and I think my highlight has been the characters like the. They had the three fairies out, they had captain hook and mistress me, which you know me villains. I was fantastic. Um, that was the only character that I actually stopped for, because I can't pass by villains. I I have to go. It's in my DNA and then Peter Pan and Wendy, so I think that's been the highlight for me so far.
Speaker 1:Oh me, oh yeah Hi.
Speaker 5:Yeah, because Alicia's doing just the marathon. I think one of my favorite things coming here is meeting everybody and hearing everybody's stories. And coming into this, one got really, really nervous because coming off of the 100 miler and having the 5k just three and a half weeks after finishing it my body still hasn't fully recovered and um, there was this one guy in like in particular right, the 5K, obviously all the nerves going into it. He came up to me and said you know, you're the reason why I'm here. And I'm like no, are you really? And he's like I watched all your videos. I just want to say thank you and I feel really bad.
Speaker 5:There were so many people I met that day so I have a hard time remembering everybody's names sometimes, but he was wearing a puppy shirt. So if he hears this and he hears the puppy shirt named lunchbox, no, I just want to let you know that. Thank you so much for that moment. It was a great start to the race weekend and I hope to see you again out there and it feels such an honor to help you start this journey. I hope you're having an epic time. He he chose dopey man. So yeah, I think that's amazing.
Speaker 1:I was going to ask you. Kind of answered, but are you feeling good?
Speaker 5:No, I would say the 5K. I tried to see where my legs were at and it was so cold I didn't know how fast I was going.
Speaker 1:Didn't know if you had legs, it was so cold, I didn't know how fast I was going, didn't know if you had legs it was so cold.
Speaker 5:No, but it felt so great being out there and being with all the other runners. It was so much energy and electricity in the air. So of course I went out fast, not knowing that I was. And then, once I saw the first mile marker, I was like Jack, don't you dare. So I slowed down and saw some characters. It was fine. And then to the 10K, the last two miles. Today my right knee started acting up. So we're going to be slowing down, seeing characters and you know what I am going to PR this weekend, but it's just going to be in fun.
Speaker 2:There you go so yeah, there you go.
Speaker 1:Well, I had a heck of a good time yesterday. I had a good time today too. I finished behind the balloon, ladies. Second time I've done this. What happens is I just ease off and ease off. I know I'm good. I was with my buddy, stephanie. She's over there. Well, we were with some other friends too, but we were with some other friends. I can't remember.
Speaker 6:I'm sorry, but did you forget about me, bob like yeah, lexi was there, but lexi he did. He forgot about me.
Speaker 1:Y'all are witnesses but I think you finished in front of the balloon, ladies I.
Speaker 6:I did finish in front because you. I think you stopped to talk to the announcers. I do, and then I tried to stop and then I just got swept.
Speaker 1:And I was like okay.
Speaker 6:I guess I'm finishing now.
Speaker 1:But that's kind of a. I do that all the time. I stop. Jeff is there and Jeff will be there. I think Jeff will be there for the half, but I know he'll be there for the marathon. If you haven't said hi to Jeff Galloway, whether it's at the Expo or on the course this weekend, do it, Do it. You won't meet a nicer person. Maybe John, but Jeff Galloway he's really. Say hi to Jeff, Tell him you heard him on the podcast. If you don't know Jeff very well and you're looking for an icebreaker, tell him you heard him on the podcast. Even if you didn't, he won't know. Okay, and no, he's a wonderful human being, but I always stop there and then I stop and talk with Carissa.
Speaker 2:John, Don't forget Riley yeah.
Speaker 1:And I did it today. And then we crossed the finish line and I went oh look, there are balloons up ahead. So I've done that before Now. Yesterday was epic, the puppies and the Cruella outfit. I had a blast with that. I had more fun with the Cruella outfit than I did with the Tinker Bobs or any of the other outfits I've done so far. So thank you all for helping with that. I had a lot of fun interactions, that I had a lot of fun interactions. We joke about being halfway done but really we're just warming up. We got the half and the full coming up. Any tips, gang? I'll throw it open to you. Any tips for the next two races? Apparently not.
Speaker 2:Biggest tip I have is, tomorrow, walk as much as you can Run when those PhotoPass guys are around so you actually look like you're doing something Okay. And on Sunday go out there, have fun and enjoy every minute of it.
Speaker 7:On that note, especially if it's your first half or your first full, really take in every moment. Like I said before, take pictures, because you don't get a first time again and no matter what it's a PR, and even if it's not your first time, this is an amazing experience and be grateful for what your body can do. You've put in the work, you've got this, you're going to finish. And be grateful for what your body can do. You've put in the work, you've got this, you're going to finish.
Speaker 6:I would even say she's great, well said. I would even say don't forget to rest tomorrow after you finish your races. Rest your feet, do the recovery things. You can go back to the expo and do those leg compression thingies if you don't have one in your hotel room I did that Lifesaver and also come to the meetup.
Speaker 1:I planned to rest today, but I couldn't. I'm sorry you guys made me come.
Speaker 4:I was going to say, basically all those lovely things that you guys said. But just listen to your body and have fun and just know that you can do this and have a positive mindset, no matter what.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 5:I have a random one and I know no one else will ever think of it, but it's out of experience, so I'm just going to let you know. There are reflectors on the ground, okay, so don't trip on them. I have experience and I have a scar on my left knee because of it and it covered up my favorite scar from falling down at SeaWorld in Ohio when it was there. So I was very disappointed, so I don't want that to happen to you, okay.
Speaker 1:I hit the deck one time. Yeah, it's not fun. I really don't have anything to add beyond what's been said, except to enjoy it. Enjoy the feeling. It's hard, it's hard, it's hard, but you've done all this difficult training and this is what the reward is to be able to finish this. And it's a moment, whether you've done it one time, 10 times, 15 times I'm about to do five and I feel pretty much the same every time I finish.
Speaker 4:I'm proud of it and Bob Tinker, bob, you look great, but it's an exciting and emotional finish even after the fifth time and just take in every moment, truly.
Speaker 1:Yeah, have fun. All right, I would like to try something now and see if we can get our friends here. We want to open it up to questions. They can be questions about the podcast, questions about running at Disney, questions about John's shoe size, whatever. But if we've got a microphone and think I think that, I think yours will work. Yeah, I think so, because I have no wait a minute. Yes, young lady, we have a question. I hope I can hear them hi, I'm laura from winter garden good, thank you's good.
Speaker 2:Or aka Sam's mom.
Speaker 1:Okay, yeah, sam's mom.
Speaker 5:Sam's mom on the.
Speaker 4:Zoom calls. So my question is for either the half marathon or the marathon? I know, Lexi, yours is villains. What is your one character? You will not pass by.
Speaker 5:Oh, can I go? Yeah, oh, my God, okay, so this time around it's mandatory and I'm praying that they're out there. I really want. I know Dopey's going to be out there for Marathon, but I really want to see if Cruella's out there, and I would love to get a picture of them.
Speaker 1:Of who.
Speaker 5:Cruella and Dopey.
Speaker 1:Cruella and Dopey.
Speaker 5:Cruella was out yesterday, wasn't she?
Speaker 7:Well, I got a picture with you already. Yeah, mine is usually out only for the full. It's Kevin. He's usually in Animal Kingdom and that's my favorite, one that I won't miss.
Speaker 2:Mine is Jimmy the Cricket.
Speaker 1:Yeah, Jimmy the Cricket, right, john? It's not Jimmy the Cricket. Yeah, jimmy the Cricket, right, john? It's not Jimmy the Cricket, that's not right.
Speaker 2:It's his Jersey cousin.
Speaker 1:It does sound like a mafia name, doesn't it? It's Jimmy the Cricket. I kind of. If I'm going to be completely honest, I don't have one that I have to stop for, but if there was one goofy, yeah, goofy, look, I walk down Main Street and people look and go, look that guy's goofy. So I mean I have to.
Speaker 6:Linda, Hi Linda from.
Speaker 5:LB in New York. A question for any of you up there what is your favorite part about doing the podcast?
Speaker 1:Oh, that's a good question. Favorite part about doing the podcast.
Speaker 7:My favorite part is getting to meet all of you and hear your stories and now get to see all your beautiful faces. It's amazing.
Speaker 1:Yeah, that's a good answer. That's a great. I like that because of actually doing the podcast. I don't know. I like to do the race report because I love the input we get from everybody and I love acknowledging it and maybe sharing that information. We're three-plus years into this now and closing in on 200 episodes. I had no idea it would be this much work. Really, I didn't.
Speaker 4:Wait it's been three years.
Speaker 1:I love your shirt. I spend a lot of hours every week on this thing, but I'm retired so I have the time to do it, so I'm glad. So, as far as actually doing the podcast, I guess that's it. But what I love more than anything and the reason I keep doing it is right here Is you. I mean, that's absolutely it. What I love is the reaction that has built around the podcast family, how you all are here. It's great that you're here around the podcast, but if we weren't here, you would be with one another and I think that's fantastic. So that's not what I like about doing it, but that's what I like about having it done is the wonderful camaraderie. Thank you, I saw the mic go somewhere.
Speaker 5:What Bob said. By the way, mic drop, there you go.
Speaker 1:Yeah, how do you?
Speaker 2:top Bob.
Speaker 1:Come on, I make him angry when I do that. Well, I can't say nothing now.
Speaker 2:But wait, actually I really like this live crowd because right now we would still be deciding on who's our intro is going to be, what's going on, and we haven't even started yet.
Speaker 6:Yeah, it usually takes us about an hour before we press the record button and well, no, like I don't know, 30 minutes before we do the interview and then another 30 minutes because we get sidetracked about something and then we start talking about, I don't know, the rise and run cruise or um.
Speaker 6:But no, I mean I'll echo what all of these guys have said Meeting everybody, meeting people who I normally wouldn't have a relationship with, or, you know, going through the races and having someone say, oh my gosh, I recognize your laugh. That was the first thing that someone said to me Like when we first started the podcast during the first year. It's like, I think, marathon weekend weekend, I said something in the corral and they were like oh my gosh, are you Lexi, I recognize your laugh. So you know, I don't know, um, but just having those interactions with you guys and I mean I'll repeat what all of these guys have said multiple times anytime you see us, please come say hello. We love hearing from you, we love hearing your stories, because your stories are what have made the podcast what it is.
Speaker 1:I think we've got time for maybe two more, and then we have other things planned for the day. Yes, please.
Speaker 7:Hi, I'm Kim. I know Bob says not to be afraid and not to be scared, but what are your all's best tips for managing nerves, especially when things are not going to plan?
Speaker 1:Well, expect to be nervous. I've done this five times. There's no guarantee I'm going to finish. You line up for a 26-mile event. You're trained. That's wonderful. You've done everything. You'm going to finish. You line up for a 26-mile event. You're trained. That's wonderful. You've done everything you can do to finish. But there can be things out of your control. I look over here at Alan, who's done 31. This is cut. 32 coming up right, this is 33. And Grace, you've up right, this is 33. And Grace, you've done like 28? 28, yeah, but I think if you were to ask them they'd agree. There's no guarantee when you line up to do 26 miles that you're going to finish. So have confidence in your training.
Speaker 1:Expect to be nervous and you hear me use this phrase. Don't be scared. There's nothing to be afraid of, Because the worst thing that can happen to you well, no, let me stop. I mean, you know the worst thing that's got a high chance is that you don't finish and we'll still love you anyway, you know. So that's not all that bad. Try to just know there are a whole bunch of other folks out here in the same boat that you are that they're thinking the same thing that you are. I'm not sure I can do this. There have been plenty I've lined up for and not been sure I could do it. Keep putting one foot in front of the other and if you need help, look around. You got help all over. All right, Come see us before the race. You want to walk or run with one of us or with any of the family that's there? Be happy, Happy to do that. We'd love it.
Speaker 7:I think, just to go off of what Bob said, is it's normal to be nervous, but have an A, b, c goal and be willing to adjust because, like he said, you never know what's going to happen on the race course. Things do happen and being able and willing to pivot is going to be beneficial because there's going to be something somewhere that you need to maneuver around. But keep an open mind and keep moving forward.
Speaker 6:You got this and I would also I mean echoing everybody, all of those things, but I usually have one or two people that I know I can call this girl right here, oh, hi, yeah, I know you, this girl right here, that's one of the people on my to-call list that I know.
Speaker 6:If I'm struggling, I can be like, hey, I need you to distract me right now. Or, you know, talk me off the cliff looking at you, um, and you know, just have a couple of people that are, or message the chat that we have. Um, you know, message our instagram, because one of us is always looking at the instagram at some point of the day. You know, like, one of the great things about this community is that, even though, yes, running the race is your own, but you're never by yourself, you have so many people I'm going to start crying. Oh, my gosh. Oh, you have so many people that are there rooting for you and cheering for you.
Speaker 2:And, yeah, just keep that in your head, that little nugget and, like I was saying before, you're out there, you're running, you're struggling, you're nervous. Look to your left, look to your right, find somebody. Talk to them, say, hey, how you doing, I'm going crazy over here. No, can you, I don't think I can do it. Somebody's going to be helping you out there and pretty soon you're going. I'm at mile eight. Well, it's mile 12 already. We just it was like 15 minutes. It just goes by so quick.
Speaker 5:And if it wasn't for you I would have never gotten into running. So I appreciate that because, bestie, right here, man. But I will say from the stuff that I've done in the past, one of the biggest things I will always echo is something that deals, like, with mindset. You've done the training so you know you can do it. Sometimes it's easier to go into those negative thoughts than to go into the happy ones when you're in such a pain cave. So find those ways out is usually by talking to your friends, messaging them.
Speaker 5:I mean, when I was doing the Daytona 100, adam, because my phone was glitching so I couldn't see any of the messages he would actually tell me all the messages that were being sent and I got to see videos and it's like it makes you cry because you have such a community and it's beautiful knowing that everybody's there for you, seeing Kay screaming her head off with a community, and it's beautiful knowing that everybody's there for you, seeing Kay screaming her head off with a sign while it's raining, with 25 mile per hour winds, cheering because she's amazing. Or is Stephanie making the Vandalorian where you at? Yeah, you are, um, love you. I'm wearing her shirt like I probably. It's great. It says Jack to the future on it, but like having that family there and knowing that they're going to be with you along the way, whether it's virtually or right next to you or one call away. We're here all to support you. You can do anything, you just got to do it.
Speaker 1:Dee, I see the microphone here. Time for one more I got something to say.
Speaker 2:So I'm glad y'all got to see us live, because usually we look like Brady Bunch on the TV and you get to see what we see, with Jack coming out and going look, sorry.
Speaker 5:I promise I wasn't naked. Oh no, don't say that.
Speaker 2:See, this is what we get every week. He took that off.
Speaker 5:It was a shirt. It was a shirt. I had a hoodie on and I just was showing them the awesome shirt. I just want to clarify.
Speaker 1:Never a dull moment, friends, and if you run, you know you are our friend. We love you. We thank Devin and Kristen and the Run Fit Fab community for inviting us. She's not paying attention.
Speaker 2:She doesn't care.
Speaker 1:But hey, look, best of luck. The rest of this weekend We'll be out there. You know where to meet us, I hope by the bleachers on the line. I've said it enough. You know where to meet us. I do hope you get a chance to come by the food truck area at Disney Springs tomorrow at 3 pm. That's our Rise and Run meetup, but it's a wonderful time. We would love to see you there and until then, happy running.
